Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not happy with any aspect of your transaction with us, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. If any item arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery docket. Call us on 09 930 6268 or email info@ji.net.nz and our customer service team will happy to assist you.

If a return is approved, we must first advise you on where the item is to be returned – this may be the shop or may be the warehouse. Returned products must be sent to us in the original condition and with the original packaging. You must include a copy of the purchase receipt. We will then replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

Pre-order Furniture

Production for our pre-order furniture begins immediately upon order. Please note that these orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded. Please choose carefully as we do not take any responsibility, and are unable to provide a refund, where:
